- 退換貨注意事項:退貨的商品必須回復原狀,亦即必須回復至您收到商品時的原始狀態 ( 包含主機、附件、內外包裝、隨機文件、贈品、活動贈品等)
- 下列情形可能影響您的退貨權限:
- * 特殊商品經開封後,恕無法辦理退貨,敬請見諒。比如定制的桃木劍、葫蘆、符咒等。
- * 在不影響您檢查商品情形下,您將商品包裝毀損、封條移除、吊牌拆除、貼膠移除或標籤拆除等情形。
- * 收到商品超過7天鑑賞期(含例假日),恕不接受退貨。
- * 其他逾越檢查之必要或可歸責於您之事由,致商品有毀損或變更者。
- * 官網提供七天鑑賞期(含例假日)。鑑賞期期間,若因個人因素非產品的問題而要求退換貨,買家需自行寄回商品,並且負擔來回運費。
- 若您已取得紙本發票或已過營業稅期的發票電子檔,待退貨完成後,客服人員會與您聯絡相關退貨事宜( 例如:發票處理或銷貨折讓)
- 請您以送貨廠商使用之包裝紙箱將退貨商品包裝妥當,若原紙箱已遺失,請另使用其他紙箱包覆於商品原廠包裝之外,切勿直接於原廠包裝上黏貼紙張或書寫文字。若原廠包裝損毀將無法退貨或須將損壞費用於退款中扣抵。
- 當您申請退換貨後,請主動向貨運人員索取單據,並保留至退換貨完成,以利日後查詢。
- 整新費產生:當退換貨物件收到後,如有配件不全、包裝破損、商品出現髒汙等情形,無法直接銷售但整理後仍有機會銷售情形之下,我們會酌收一筆費用(費用收取須依商品完整度做判斷),應付購買配件或其他支出,於退款時扣除。
退貨前,請先聯繫客服協助退貨流程。退貨時間約為7-10個工作天。退貨商品收回並經工作人員確認商品數量無誤後,將於7-10個工作天完成退款。退款實際入帳日期,依各發卡銀行入帳日不同有所差異,請您洽詢發卡銀行確認實際入帳日;若是採銀行匯款退款者,請自行查詢銀行帳戶。

Please note that the appreciation period is not a probation period. Please do not open and use the product if there is anything unsatisfactory after inspection. Please maintain the integrity of the original package when returning or replacing the goods (in accordance with the return procedure), we fully protect your shopping rights.
Return and exchange notes: Returned goods must be returned to their original state, that is, they must be returned to the original state when you received the goods (including host, accessories, internal and external packaging, random documents, gifts, event gifts, etc.)
The following circumstances may affect your right to return goods:
* Please understand that special items cannot be returned after opening. Such as customized peach swords, gourds, charms and so on.

* No returns will be accepted after 7 days of appreciation period (including holidays).

Please use the carton used by the delivery company to wrap the returned goods properly. If the original carton is lost, please use another carton to cover the goods outside the original packaging. Do not glue paper or write words directly on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, it will not be returned or the cost of the damage will be deducted from the refund.
When you apply for a return or exchange, please take the initiative to ask for documents from the shipping personnel and keep them until the return or exchange is completed to facilitate future enquiries.
Replacement fee: When the returned items are received, if there are incomplete parts, damaged packaging, dirty goods and other circumstances, it is impossible to sell directly but there is still a chance to sell after finishing, we will charge a fee (the fee shall be charged according to the integrity of the goods), payable for the purchase of accessories or other expenses, which will be deducted at the time of refund.

Before returning, please contact customer service to assist with the return process. The return time is approximately 7-10 working days. Refund will be completed within 7-10 working days after the returned goods are collected and confirmed by the staff. The actual credit date of the refund varies according to the credit date of the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank to confirm the actual credit date. If you are refundable by bank transfer, please check your bank account.
